Day in and day out, for the past 3 weeka i have recorded myself doing this. Roughly 14 clips put together. The overall time would be maybe 3 to 4 hours. Don't get any epilepsy seizures. Enjoy.

Un-suspecting cyber "interwebs" victims. I'm getting better... i can feel it. Artrage is very nifty when it comes to traditional mediums... feels like Oils 2.0. The buttery feel of oils and the drying speed of acrylics. My drawing sucks though.

Initial sketch was done in a UX21. Then details on a 19x12 Intuos 3. Photoshop only. meeehh... people really boast the cintiq as the ultimate thingy...but i have pretty good eye to hand coordination.So it's pretty much the same.

Well, time to post some pre production artwork for my thesis. The Carryall project ressurected. I've managed to finish a good 3D model of my original concepts, and rendered and now i'm doing some paintovers. Rumor says that there's a 2010 remake of Dune to be released... ;__;. I need to know who's doing the concept Design and art for that one! Please don't screw up the vehicles this time. Read the books, play the games. Give me Ornithopters with flapping wings! Please! I beg of you!!!

I've set a goal for these lazy weeks of R&R - One speedpaint/Render a day. Actually, that's only part of it. I've been also doing more and more perspective vehicle sketching, i love doing it. Sitting at cafe's and parks with a brush pen and just drawing people is alot of fun too. And like an evil sorcerer i hope to capture their true essence on paper, with as few strokes as i can. That's what will teach me to "see"...

... Not that this is important or interesting to any of you.

Ahhh more Artrageness..ness.... it's fun coming back to this little app having some aditional insight on color. Feels like sculpting with color and value, and refraining from using black or white is a powerful limitation. You really start to think about warm and cool tones, instead of just dark and light. I'm mildly happy.
